Help The Goracle Spread The Word To Congress

Al Gore testified before congress last week about the dangers of Global Warming and our options for dealing with the issue.  While I'm sure every congressperson paid close attention and heard the message loud and clear, they really perk up when their constituents speak out.  So, you can easily send your congressperson a message from Al Gore's website even if you don't know who he/she is!  Just go to http://www.algore.com/cards.html and submit your message to Congress to stop debating and start doing something!
They is Wikis

The conversation starts like this...

"You know, they say smoking is bad for you."

"Who says that?"

"They do."

"Who's they?"

"You know...  them!"

So we've finally given "them" a voice through Wikis.  The problem is, apparently you can't trust Wikis to be 100% reliable sources of information.  Imagine that!  Schools are finally waking up to this fact and are starting to forbid students to use online Wikis as sources for their work.

The idea of citing Wikis as sources is an interesting concept.  By the time the reader checks the citation to verify the content for themselves, it may have changed.  I haven't used any big Wikis in a while; do they let you specify which version of an entry you took your information from?
