It's not supposed to be 73 degrees in January!

It's just not!  Today's high is supposed to be 73 degrees!  I live in North Carolina where 5 years ago at this time, we had a layer of ice all over the state so thick that people were without power for a week.  Now, I'm digging my summer clothes out again.

Don't tell me Global Warming isn't real.  AutoblogGreen agrees.

And a quick hypermiling update:  With the new driving technique, I'm currently at 52.2mpg at about 390 miles into the tank.  Granted, there have been a couple of longer trips ont he interstate in there, but 90% of my driving on this tank has been to and from work.  I hit my first 500 mile in-town tank with my last fill-up.  Will this be closer to 600?
