How can 74% of the public be wrong?

Apparently, Sen. Bill Frist knows better than 74% of the voting public who don't think the government should prevent people people from playing poker online.

Read the details here.

Granted, this survey is probably misleading.  For example, it asks about "playing poker" but not "playing poker and gambling for real money".  There's a big difference!  It's not illegal to play a friendly "play money" game of poker over the Internet.  But it's illegal to bet on it - and you can bet the government is going to keep trying to regulate it until they find a way to tax it (or at least until the poker players get organized and start buying politicians like the horse racers did).
